About ME
Hi, I’m Kristal—the owner of Spotless Interiors. I started Spotless in 2010 with a simple idea: a clean home should feel calm, effortless, and truly lived in—not just tidy.
Over the years, that idea has grown into a business rooted in consistency, attention to detail, and genuine care. I love creating spaces that feel reset, refreshed, and ready for whatever your day holds.
When I’m not making homes spotless, I’m spending time with my children and grandchildren, with my German Shepherd Seger, or out golfing with my husband whenever we can.

Emma is a highly motivated and dedicated cleaner with over five years of experience.
She has lived in Northern Michigan her whole life and enjoys being surrounded by friends and family.
Emma loves making people’s days better by taking care of the little things and helping with their everyday needs.
She is proud to be part of NMSI and to lead a team that shares the same commitment to care and quality.
Emma is a Certified professional cleaner.

Maggie has lived in Northern Michigan her whole life and has always appreciated the beauty, seasons, and close-knit community that make this area so special.
She enjoys reading, drawing, and spending time in nature. Her love for travel inspires her to explore the world, share meaningful experiences, and give back whenever she can.
Maggie is passionate about helping people and making their days easier, which is what drives her role in supporting both the team and clients at Spotless Interiors.
She has been with Spotless Interiors since 2020 and became a certified professional cleaner in 2023.

Olivia Grembi
Olivia was born and raised in Northern Michigan. As a graduate of Traverse City Central High School, she spent her after-school hours working at Northern Michigan Spotless Interiors.
She attended Oakland University, studying dance and business, where she also met her husband, David.
Olivia returned to Traverse City with her strong attention to detail and love of organization—making NMSI a natural fit.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as slow mornings with her son, Milo, and puppy, Minnie.
She is excited to welcome her first daughter this July.
